Individual Learning Modules

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING MODULES

1. To order apprenticeship modules please choose from the menu buttons below. Please use Internet Explorer version 5 or newer.
2. Upon choosing an appropriate printer, you will be prompted to log into the ILM order site. If this is the first time you are using the ILM order site, you will need to create your own username and password by selecting new account and filling in the form.
3. If paying by credit card, enter whether it is Visa or Mastercard in the PO line and the printer will contact you at the phone number you provided.
4. To view a listing of modules contained in a package, click on the yellow "folder" icon located on the far left-hand side of a package line.
5. To select a module or a module package to order, click on the box located to the right of the yellow "folder" icon (to order quantities of a module or module package greater than one, enter the number in the "Quantity Box" located on the right-hand side of the package line).
6. You can review your order as well as the total suggested cost of your order (before GST) by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
7. To make changes to your order, click on the appropriate button located at the bottom of the "Order Summary" screen.
8. If you are satisfied with your order, click on the "Next" button.
9. Complete the "Verify Delivery Information" screen.
10. Click "submit order" (a confirmation email will be sent to you).
